FRA (EU Agency for Fundamental Human Rights) will present on 23 October 23 October the key findings of its Fundamental Rights Report 2021 during a seminar on “Multilateral diplomacy in international organizations” – an advanced course of the master programme “International relations”’ at the Plovdiv University “Paisii Hilendarski”, in Bulgaria. The  seminar   was organized by the Member of the Management Board for Bulgaria prof. Irena Ilieva  PhD students at the Institute for the State and the Law by the Bulgarian academy of sciences and the PhD students and researchers of the Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence at the Plovdiv University will attend the event.

The master programme “International relations” has been developed by prof. Irena Ilieva, in 2011,  and  it was accredited in 2012 by the National Evaluation and Accreditation Agency. The programme aims at training high skilled experts, specialist and consultants in the field of international relations, European policies and law for the needs of the central and municipal administration, non-governmental  organizations and the international organizations. The programme offers advanced courses in European policies, regional security in East Europe and the Black sea region, peacekeeping and conflict management, solving minorities issues, gender equality and non-discrimination and  other related issues.
